Brother HL 5250DNT - The Suited Small Office Printer
For small businesses with small networks, the Brother HL 5250 DNT Printer may make an ideal laser printer. For the price, which is very affordable, it delivers a wide range of capabilities. It's also a qualitative step increase from its cousins lower down the Brother line of printers. It comes with additional paper storage capacity, available through optional trays. Its price and features can make it a wise choice for the small business owner. The best toner for this printer is the HL 5250DNT toner cartridge.
The Brother printer matches up well in a network that requires versatility in its printers, too. It can handle both letter and legal-size documents, in two separate trays, and it even can handle envelope jobs. The only thing needed is to ensure the correct-size paper is put into the designated tray. After that, it's a simple matter of designating the right job to the right printer output.
Paper holding capacity is also good with this unit. It can take up to 550 sheets spread over two different trays and a separate multipurpose unit. This is a good one for diverse or unusual print jobs. With this sort of printer flexibility, a network should be able to get whatever printing it needs from the unit. You can also up the storage by another 250 sheets with an optional tray.
